This property is vast and looks like a bird hunters dream! I saw grouse and all kinds of waterfowl during my visit. There are many opportunities to be had.

First of all, this was inaugural visit for both the landowner and the guests, so expectations were not fully developed, especially for my wife and I as the guests. We had never used a service such as this for our hunting adventures. Rex and Lori were great friendly hosts, going out of their way to provide us with services for our travel trailer. They even called in an electrician to hook up a 50 amp outlet when it was discovered the existing service was no longer working. Rex took time out to show me available properties even though it was the start of his soybean harvest time. He also checked in daily to see how hunts were progressing. Habitat on the properties were in great shape. The surrounding hillsides had great tall grass coverage and there was lots of water and lots of waterfowl. We did not see a lot of grouse but the weather was the major problem in that hunting endeavor. While we were on the property, the temperatures were too warm and the cover too thick to safely hunt the dogs for the proper length of time to locate the grouse. This is a very nice property with very nice hosts.
