The 16 acres watershed lake is adjacent to the hunting property but is NOT included in the hunting area. It will create movement through my property to that adjacent pond.

Property Visited

Scott’s place lays out very well for both Whitetail and Turkey. Heavy timber with row crops threaded in between. The property also has multiple water sources. Ample traffic lane, pinch points for tree stands. I have found several sheds and always see tons of deer sign.
