Set beneath the towering Crazy Mountains, Indreland Ranch offers a deer hunting experience grounded in tradition, access, and an abundance of game. Spanning 1,000 private acres with exclusive access to 640 additional acres of landlocked state land, this hunt gives you the elbow room and seclusion that makes Montana hunting memorable. Mule deer and whitetail frequent the creek bottoms, grassy benches, and timbered ridges, with plenty of opportunity for spot-and-stalk or patient glassing. Multiple guests have successfully tagged both species in a single trip, and youth hunters are welcome.
This is a self-guided hunt with easy access from Big Timber, just 20 minutes away. While there’s currently no on-site lodging, RVs are welcome (no hookups, generator friendly), and every package includes access to the on-property creek for brook trout fishing between hunts. Whether you're after a solo retreat or a family outing, the land and the hosts make this a welcoming, high-success destination.

Just north of Big Timber, this ranch has wide open fields full of antelope and deer. Elk and even an occasional moose will transit through the place. Wildlife is often found moving along the creek bottom running the length of the property.
