The ranch consists of over 8,000 acres of productive creek bottom meadows, pine tree-covered areas, native grasslands, and deep coulees. Our abundant acreage and habitat composition makes this a premier hunting destination for sage and sharptail grouse with the occasional pheasant.
It's recommended that you bring a side by side or ATV during your visit to get around our many acres.
A note on Access:
If it's rained and roads are wet/muddy, the ranch is completely inaccessible. Access to the ranch will be heavily dependent on weather. If we've gotten rain and roads are wet/muddy, we will work with you to either reschedule your trip or refund you in full as the ranch is completely inaccessible.
The ranch is located East of the Continental Divide for grouse and pheasant.

This property is fantastic! During the visit we came across a few turkeys right away, spooked up some antelope, and picked up a nice elk shed! I also had a great time shooting some gophers with Kelly and Marnie. Signs of game and awesome habitat throughout the ranch.
