We're looking forward to offering access to our 160 acres of high desert and open plains just north of Three Forks and Interstate 90. Our property consists of grasses, draws and coulees, scrub brush, and small scattered pines. We border a piece of landlocked BLM land. With the BLM, sportsmen will have access to a few hundred additional acres of deep draws and coulees that make the property hunt bigger than our acreage indicates.

Due to our more arid environment and scrub brush habitat, we have a resident population of mule deer. Elk will routinely pass through the property as well, making this a great option close to Bozeman for sportsmen with a big game combo tag. The property is located in Gallatin County's Unit 312. Obviously 312 is known for requiring a special draw tag for the Bridger Mountains, but since we are located outside of that subregion, our property can be hunted with a general tag!

Coyote hunting is also available, with the option to add on thermals and night-vision goggles. Please inquire if you're interested in something like that!

I am passionate about the tactical gear and firearm industry. In addition, my businesses work directly with firearms manufactures, so we lots of unique firearms available for folks looking to come out and shoot! We have ample space to zero rifles and shoot steel targets at varied distance to confirm zero as well!
