This is a great chance to bow hunt 120"-130" deer in the Hills Unit of Mississippi's Hinds County.

Fishing in our two ponds is included.

Hunters must be 18+ yrs of age.

What to expect:

Bookings will be 4 days for 1-3 hunters: Arrive on Sunday and leave Thursday evening (if booked prior or if the calendar is open, you can book the following week and get 2 bonus days on Friday and Saturday). Sunday, your first day, will be primarily used as a meet and greet upon arrival around lunch and a chance to go over rules, our own liability waivers, and orientation for land boundaries.

Hunters are responsible for their license (over the counter here in MS).

Antlered deer only, limit 1 per hunter.

One of the ways we've stewarded our deer numbers over the years is by adhering to a strict antler and age criteria for the deer we choose to harvest. We ask that all hunters abide by these harvest requirements to the best of their ability, so that we can continue to see the caliber of deer that we've seen year after year.

• Both main beams must be 20+” in length regardless of number of points

• Body weight excess of 200lbs regardless of antler size

Price is $1250.00 per hunter for 4 full days of hunting Mon-Thurs. May be able to get out Sunday evening depending on how orientation goes. 

A $500 penalty will be requested if a deer is harvested that does not meet the minimal criteria.

Unlimited predator hunting is available.
