This inclusive package is a 2-day booking for up to 5 guests at a flat rate. 

What does this package include?

Includes meeting the cattle and tour of regenerative ag package.

• Tour the ranch and learn about sustainable cattle genetics, which includes meeting the friendliest cattle in the world
• Also learn about regenerative ag, where our cattle work with mother nature to improve productivity.  
• Fish in the Navasota River for catfish, freshwater drum, alligator gar, carp, and bass
• Fish for catfish and bass in our 4 on-property ponds
• Enjoy paddleboarding in a pond
• ATV included that you can use to explore the property
• Take photos of the wildlife on the property along with the beautiful scenery and farm.

Kayaking along 2 miles of the Navasota River can be included with this package for an additional rate. If interested inquire for more information. 4 single kayaks and 1 double kayak included.

The cabin guest house, located on the opposite side of the ranch from the main house, includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the other bedroom has bunk beds, and the living room features an L-shaped couch and an additional trundle bed, all together can comfortably sleep 5 people.
