Kender Farms is a first-generation property located in the northeastern corner of Oklahoma. The farm is a small, but heavily trafficked parcel with 10 acres of dense timber and nicely cleared travel routes on the south and east sides of the farm. Wildlife make frequent use of these avenues, affording hunters multiple opportunities to get a shot off as game funnels through. The Ottawa County region provides excellent habitat for wildlife, especially with our close proximity to the Neosho River. 

We have a game camera set up on one of these travel routes, and we're already getting some nice bucks on cam. We will continue to update our listing with more photos as they come through. 

The farm is conveniently located just over five miles from Interstate 44, which allows for easy access for sportsmen traveling from Tulsa (~70 miles) or Joplin, Missouri (~40 miles).  

Due to the size of the property, we will not be offering lodging on-site as deer would easily be spooked if guests were staying at the farm. Afton and Fairland are located nearby right off the Interstate and have multiple local lodging options.
