House Description
This is an old farmhouse owned by Ivan Hatfield before our family bought his place in the 1980s. It's small but cozy and a five minute drive from our unit 19 antelope hunt area. The bathroom was just remodeled in May 2026. At the same time the upstairs was repainted and fixtures were installed throughout. After a long day of hunting this little house offers a wonderful resting spot, while keeping you close to the hunt area. PICTURES WILL BE POSTED SOON.
