Self-guided hunting for 3 to 6 hunters on our 160 acres. The price per hunter for the 4-day muzzleloader season is $225 per hunter, per day ($900 per hunter)

Hunter is responsible for all hunting licenses and tags as required by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

Lodging is available. Our luxe 2-bedroom apartment costs $250 per night for up to 4 hunters.

About 30 minutes south of Columbus, OH, much of the land in the region is forested. There is not a lot of hunting in the area as the property is near two large metro parks, a county park, and three nature preserves. Combined, the parks and preserves account for nearly 6,000 acres of forest where hunting is not allowed or severely limited.

We’re located at the end of a dead-end road. The land was select-cut logged in 2020 and early 2021, which produced open areas and woods with lots of trails. The tree tops left behind help the whitetail herd. They love the brier tops and use the downed tops/trees for bedding.

The terrain is rolling hills, making it easy to get around. When we walk through the woods, there are deer tracks everywhere. An avid hunter walking our land was impressed with the amount of buck rubs and scrapes. The land hasn’t been lived on for at least six years.

We want our hunters to feel like they are hunting in their own state park with no interference from outsiders.
