The ranch has upland bird and European style driven shoots, hunting, multiple world-class clay courses, and rifle and pistol ranges. Cutthroat and brook trout spawn in the property’s creeks. Canyon Creek flows through the ranch and has been called the most important spawning creek in the lower Teton River drainage by the Idaho Department of Game and Fish. The ranch and surrounding National Forest provide excellent habitat for deer, elk and moose.

On the plateaus there are over five hundred acres of wheat and barley harvested each year in addition to dedicated food plots providing feed and cover for upland birds, and habitat for elk, moose, and deer. In the property’s heart lie three acres of pastureland with a creek running through it, making the spot ideal for horses.
