The Blue River makes activities like canoeing, kayaking, and fishing possible.

Guests are more than welcome to set up tents in the open mowed down yard, woods, or down by the river. If guests want to stay off-property, Corydon is only 16 miles south and provides hotels, grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations.

Guest will be able to set up tents in the open mowed down yard where they will be surrounded by forest with the river a short walk away. Well water is potable, but not tested regularly so filtration is recommended.

ATV's: Allowed • Trails exist and atv would be helpful to easily reach nicest remote camping spots.

Vehicles: 4 Allowed • Driveway is 1/2 mile long and over other peoples property. It’s single lane mostly so be courteous if encountering another vehicle and be respectful of neighbors home halfway along driveway.

Landowner Rules: Waiver of liability for recreational use of land will be required. Hunting is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the landowner accepting your booking request.
