Our Loess Hills property is a pristine getaway with rolling hills of big timber lying adjacent to a 300 acre forest preserve and the 90 acre Pony Creek lake. Big whitetail bucks, turkey, bobcat, pheasant, quail, geese, and ducks all frequently spend time on our property. Pony Creek lake offers good bass fishing as well.

The property is conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Omaha, Nebraska. The property lies in Iowa, just a couple of miles from Interstate 29.

We do not offer lodging on our property but there are many hotels a short drive away in Council Bluffs and Omaha.
