There's great fishing in Hound Creek for guests of all skill levels. Hound Creek feeds into the Smith River. Tributaries of the Smith like ours provide excellent habitat for brown, rainbow, and cutthroat trout- especially in the fall and early summer. We have second-to-none access to tight turns and multiple deep holes.

Please stay within provided boundary at all times during your stay and keep a safe distance from ranch buildings.

Recommended time of the year would be June through early September.

We are located about 40 minutes from Great Falls.

New to McKamey West is "From Our Pasture to Your Plate". We now offer all-natural, grass-fed beef and lamb to our customers, family, and friends. There is no shortage of meat and our animals are raised on good feed and prepared for our customers' satisfaction. You can buy them by the whole, half, or quarter.
