Off Grid Treehouse Adventureat McKee Farm
Stay at Tullihas in the Trees for two nights! This package provides you with breakfast for two both mornings. Guests can explore the farm, meet the horses and goats (with supervision), explore the inside of the barn. Guests will receive firewood for the fire ring and the use of an Eno hammock.
Additional breakfasts available for $10 per person.
This pet friendly treehouse is off grid. There is no electricity, no running water/showers, and very limited cell service. The composting outhouse is clean and nearby the treehouse.
EXPECT:
– Ladybugs on your pillow, and the occasional cricket if you’re
lucky. Please watch out for wasps—they seem to like the treehouse too.
– The noisy Amish cows and goats that will work better than an
alarm clock.
– A million stars, and even more birds.
– The opportunity to walk out your door to the stream and watch
wildlife. (Literally a few steps away).
– To be treated like a houseguest, not a renter.
– No cell phone service. (You can always walk up the hill to make
a call).
– Campfires, hiking trails, nearby fishing, swimming, etc.
– The best hammocking (yes, this is a verb) in all of Ohio.
– A sunset view that will take your breath away.

Hi, I'm Carol. I live with my husband and daughters on our family farm. The McKee Farm has been in our family for almost 200 years. I love to hike, explore, and write. I am a published author and my husband is a youth pastor. We grow corn and soybeans on the farm, which attracts plenty of deer and turkey! We feel blessed to live on this property and hope you will enjoy it!
