Our 70 acres here in Miami County is a great option for hunters in the Kansas City area looking for their next local honey hole. Located about 45 minutes from the city, we are an easy-highway-drive away from a great population of turkeys and excellent habitat that you'll have all to yourself during your booking.
Our property consists of ag fields surrounded by timber. Our property is directly adjacent to thick woods and a creekbottom, so hunters may have luck calling them in from the neighbors.
Being this close to the Missouri border here in Eastern Kansas, turkey hunters will most likely encounter Easterns on our property. The birds are smart, which makes for a great hunt and challenge for hunters.
Our turkey package is set up with a minimum of two sportsmen as we try to avoid having people out by themselves for safety purposes.

This 70-acre property is a very nice blend of tree’d property borders and agricultural fields. Nice for the wildlife to have the couple of ponds for watering right there on the property. I did not see any turkeys on the property visit, but 4 birds crossed the gravel road in front of me just a mile from the entrance.
