Michael Land
Michael Land is our 5th generation family farm, which consists of just over 640 acres on the Yellowstone River. The Ranch was homesteaded in 1920's and began as a sheep operation. We now currently farm the property and manage feedlots on site.

During my visit, it was mid-day so wildlife activity was minimal, but there were tons of ducks and geese along the Yellowstone, and whitetail sign throughout. There is a turkey population there; however, none were seen during my visit; plenty of food and roosting spots for them though!

What and amazing property and host. Lynae was quick to respond to all communication. I highly recommend!

I hunted the bottoms and fence lines but didn't kick up any birds. I don't have a hunting dog, and that more than likely played a factor.

Our farm has been in Lynae's family for 104 years - currently our son is the 5th generation to work the farm. We raise corn, malt barley, and hay and custom feed about 975 head of cattle in the winter for other stockgrowers. We also run a small cow/calf operation of our own. Through the years we have hunted and fished on our property and enjoyed many outdoor experiences as a family. We want to share the beauty of our farm nestled in the Yellowstone River Valley with other sportsmen.
