Deer Hunting
Our recommend parcel for deer consists of 40 acres, located a few miles northwest of Madison. In the northwest corner of the property, we have a small section of timber where the deer like to hang out. The property is also partially bordered by neighboring shelterbelts, so hunters may catch deer as they transit from the shelter through our field.
Pheasant Hunting
Our recommend parcel for pheasant consists of 13 acres, located about 10 miles northeast of Madison. The property is mostly grassland with cropland, providing needed sources of cover and food for birds. This parcel has about 13 acres of good CRP ground.
