Deer use this land to traffic from the water source up to their food source in the fields on a daily basis. There is about an acre of trees that the deer pass through during their trek that is easily accessible from the nearest road and provides good cover for sportsmen. The whitetails mostly stick to this southside of the property; however, they can be found scattered throughout. We have never had hunters on the land in the past so the deer do not feel pressured, although our neighbors have always been successful.

This perfect plot of land is a whitetail haven, seemingly located in the middle of nowhere with no disruptions. In order to truly appreciate all that the property has to offer, we prefer sportsmen to book for at least a week. This way they can learn the lay of the land and have a high-quality experience. We are happy to help retrieve game from the fields if necessary.

Kansas residents can purchase a tag over the counter, but non-residents must apply for tags.

For archery, non-resident sportsmen with 0 pts have a 70% chance of drawing.

Archery Season begins 9/12/22.
