Located in Southeast Colorado and comprised of 32,000 acres of rolling pastures, irrigated agriculture, and Arkansas River Bottom, the Netherton Ranch provides prime habitat for antelope, mule deer, occasional whitetails, waterfowl, prairie dogs, and coyotes.

The prairie dog population on the property is massive, with endless opportunities. We offer DIY prairie dog hunts and coyote hunts for $100/day/sportsmen with a 3-day minimum.

We also have a few landowner antelope tags left over, which are good for unit 120, 121, 125, and 126 that are priced at $2,500. Inquire for more information.

There is no lodging on the property, but plenty of space to park a camper or set up a tent.
