Roy was awesome. He took the time to walk the property with me. It’s a great piece of land will be a real good place to deer hunt, lots of sign, scraps and rubs. The property is filled with tons of birds. Had a great time.

Had a fabulous day of hunting! Roy met me the afternoon before the hunt to show me around. He was very responsive and helpful! We set up a blind on the northwest trail about 90 yards in where we had a good launch point for the retriever. Unfortunately the mallards hung out at the other end of the pond despite our best efforts to call them to our spread. We tried a walk up to where they were hanging but the terrain and mud were too tough to get close. Two flights of geese came in and circled right over us and if they were in season we would have limited out! Next time we will take advantage of canoe and kyack Roy provides if the birds don’t come in. And I want to come back in Goose season- it will be a shooting gallery! Roy touched base when I was on the way home which was really appreciated. Highly recommend this site!
