Guests have the option to add on RV or camping access for overnight stays. Water, electricity, and sewage should be available later in the year. The acreage is also easily accessible from McMinnville (about 20 minutes away), which has a hotel.

This is a heavily wooded chunk of land with a nice open area. Brian said he sees turkey all the time, especially around his shop.
