This package includes access to 126 private acres in Worcester, NY during the designated portion of the New York deer hunting season. Hunters will have full DIY access to the property, which has a healthy population of whitetail deer and hasn’t been logged in over 15 years.
Lodging is included in the form of a rustic, off-grid 700 sq ft cabin with a flushing toilet, hot shower, well water, and electricity supplied by generator. Heat is provided by a wood-burning stove, and firewood is included. The cabin sleeps 4 comfortably, with space for additional cots inside or tents outside.
Hunters are responsible for bringing their own gear, food, and supplies. Weapons are permitted in accordance with all NYSDEC hunting regulations. The driveway is deeded—not an easement—and provides full private access to the property. The price is 300 a night. Bring as many quests as you like.
