SO much to offer as the property is less than 2 hours from ski resorts, 3 hrs from Denver, 30 mins to Royal Gorge white water rafting/activities on the Arkansas river, 40mins from Canon City & 20 min from Westcliffe, ATV trails @ Texas creek and multiple 14,000 ft summits in the Sangre De Cristo mountains if you love the adventure of hiking! Oh forgot to mention the views are spectacular.
