This is a large open insulated room, finished with wood paneling, the floor is completely covered wall to wall with interlocking foam squares. It has one bunk bed and one queen bed, there is a kitchen counter and cabinets against one wall. Electric space heaters keep the room comfortably warm. Large custom built portable toilet just outside.

Beautiful property for camping, several well laid out campsites on the property with tables, benches, fire pits and flat areas for pitching your tents, take your pick! Portable toilets available.

We have a large 40x100 foot level gravel parking lot on the property right next to the road that is easy to pull any vehicle in or out, but there are no hookups there. We also have a barn that has a single 30amp RV electric hookup. The only access is a straight driveway leading up to the barn approximately 100 feet long and 10 feet wide. It is level but there is no room to turn a big vehicle or trailer around, you either have to back in or back out. No turnaround or pull through.

15 acres of hay cut once a year, many species of hardwood on the property, lush natural foliage. Tons of older farmland that is in the process of returning to wild surrounds the property

There is a pond on a neighboring property 50 off the property line, an old farm road cuts across our property leading directly to the pond. Streams cross the property but only run in the wet season.
