Welcome to the Smoky Hills!

Our 5th generation ranch was homesteaded by my family in 1862. Today, we are excited to be offering hunting access to our 1,600+ acres here in the Great State of Kansas. The property consists of 5 non-contiguous parcels all within a 5-mile radius. We have some excellent creek bottom habitat, especially along Paradise Creek, that makes for some classic turkey hunting. The ranch also features some really neat terrain that is almost a mixture of canyonlands and timbered draws, making you nearly forget that you're in Kansas.  

Per the National Wild Turkey Federation, turkey hunters will most likely find Rios here in this part of the state. To steward our population of birds year after year, we will only be offering a limited number of hunts this Spring. Book yours today!

There is fishing nearby just West of the property at Plainville Lake for largemouth bass, stripers, wipers, crappies, and catfish.

Turkey and coyote hunters can take advantage of the 4-bedroom guest house on the ranch. The house will be available as an add-on to your package.

All of our parcels are located Southeast of Plainville, and about 23 miles north of Interstate 70.
