There are about 12 different potential duck holes. It's really just a matter of water.
With around twelve duck holes spread across low-lying areas and field pockets, the farm can be set up to match seasonal water conditions. When rainfall and water levels align, these shallow flooded areas attract migrating ducks moving through the Mississippi Flyway. Tree lines and field edges provide cover for concealed setups and effective decoy spreads.

About the farm:
Set in the heart of Western Mississippi's Sunflower County, our bucolic farm offers a rare stretch of ground in the Mississippi Delta where agriculture, timber, and water features come together to create year-round hunting opportunity. With 1,700 contiguous acres, our ancient sycamores line field edges and low areas, while established pecan groves and ag fields add dependable food sources for wildlife.
The landscape is a working Delta farm, with broad crop fields broken by tree lines, drainage ditches, and low ground wetland areas. Approximately twelve potential duck holes are scattered across the property, giving flexibility each season depending on the rainfall we do or don't get. When we have the rainfall, late season duck hunts can be very productive with pockets of flooded ground and field edges drawing in migrating birds looking to loaf.
After a morning hunt, you are within easy driving distance of the Delta’s well-known blues trail sites and a wide selection of local restaurants, making it easy to combine time in the field with the culture and history the region is known for.
The farm sits privately off the main road system, located just 20 minutes from Leland and Indianola for fuel, lodging, and meals. Jackson is 1.5 hours away, Memphis is less than two hours, and Little Rock is roughly 2.5 hours, making access straightforward from several major hubs.
