Tucked away in the hills of Schuylkill County, our 51-acre farm is a first-gen regenerative operation featuring a mix of wooded shelter and rolling fields. Situated in WMU 4C, the wildlife moves naturally across the hayfields and along the fencelines and timbered edges. The farm has lots of cover with rolling topography. All fields are in permanent pasture/hay production and one food plot.

We are located about an hour and a half from the Philadelphia area. The property is within 10-15 miles of interstate access to BOTH I-81 and I-78.

For turkey hunters, this property is a great location to bag a Pennsylvania Eastern. The combination of open fields and timber creates a landscape that birds frequent throughout the spring season. Hunters can find plenty of locations to set up a popup blind along the rolling tree lines and field edges.

The farm is home to small game like rabbits and squirrels, especially where dense cover meets edge habitat. Predators frequent the farm as well.
