During my intitial visit with Tom, my LandTrust field rep, we saw a bobcat cross the road in front of us as we drove around the property.
Plum Creek Ranch is made up of about 900 acres of Kansas prairie and farmland. The property also features a stretch of the Plum Creek. Deer will typically bed down in the creek bottom where timber is prevalent.
We have a ground blind on the property and are in the process of adding another to the farm.
The farm is located about 30 minutes from Dighton and Ness City respectively, where guests can find rustic lodging accommodations and RV parks. We are also located about 45 minutes north of Dodge City, which has ample lodging options and a Regional Airport. Horsethief Reservoir with camping and yurts about 20 miles south.
