The focus on health and healing has always been primary for me as the founder of Resilient Acres. Steeped in the study and practice of integrative healing traditions and modalities in the late 90s and early 2000s, I discovered permaculture through my research and experimentation with diet and nutrition, which inevitably led to a realization of the integral role of regenerative agriculture in promoting both human and environmental health. Over the next several decades, including over a decade of professional experience as a Nurse Practitioner, and nearly a decade of experience in regenerative agriculture, the original multigenerational vision for creating this healing space continues to unfold.
