It was a really neat property. It sits down in bowl making it protected from the wind. Saw a very good population of whitetail. Matt was great to work with, really went out of his way to help me out. Thanks, again

Matt was easy to communicate with. Weather (high winds) proved for a very tough day. Property is set up to have lots of birds.

Matt was great to work with, couldn't ask for a better host. The property is secluded and very private. There is a slough on the eastern property edge and milo field on the south side, both held pheasants. The milo was difficult to hunt because it is large and had not yet been cut into strips ( due to a death in the harvesters family). There is also an old milo field south of the buildings that looks birdy, but has sand burs so dog boots are necessary to hunt it. It was a nice hunt, but probably would have been a great hunt if the milo was cut.

Matt & Kevin were great hosts who communicated very well. I only hunted for an hour or so as I was on my way to another hunt but found probably 10-15 pheasants. The property has great cover with milo fields, tall grasses and timber. There was deer sign everywhere on the property. With a couple dogs and a dedicated hunt I’m sure you’d find a lot more birds than I did. Great property!
