Electricity, Garbage Area, Drinking Water

Block B has the Rustic Cabin and sleeps 3 (or 4) if hunters with two roll away single beds and a king-size bed memory foam mattress in the loft. The cabin has no a/c. It does have a cook stove for heat, a 5-gallon jug with a spicket for water, a little cooktop that uses propane and solar-supplied electricity. It also has an outside grill and an outhouse. Lodging is included in the price of your hunt. If approved to bring additional non-hunting guests, the additional cost of lodging is $100/night/non-hunting guest.

Our lands have an abundance of persimmons, pecans, acorns, blackberries and plums from the broad selection of native trees on the premises which provide a great food source for wildlife. There are three foodplots on the premises and we have 12 corn feeders on the property. We also provide gravity feeders in the off-season which provides minerals and protein during their antler growing stage.

Even during droughts, there have always been natural pools of water in certain areas of our creek bottoms.

Our lands are a wildlife paradise with a diverse topography consisting of hills, draws, ravines, creeks, open pastures of grass and heavily wooded areas with significant undergrowth and brush, as well as cedar trees for great shelter.
