Our 300+ acres are located within 3 miles of the scenic Niobrara River. With two parcels situated just south of the river, the ranch is located above the riverbottom from an elevation standpoint and features row crops, hayfields, and cedars.
The ranch is home to all kinds of wildlife and terrain. It's a beautiful place to visit and spend time hunting.
This is a solid coyote hunting destination. Thermal hunts are allowed (subject to Nebraska state hunting regulations).
Hunters can choose to camp out of an overland/truck camper if you have one or set up a tent for an additional $25/night. There are also several local airbnb and small hotel options in the area.
