3-Day Minimum.
Our 300+ acres are located within 3 miles of the scenic Niobrara River in the Keya Paha Unit for deer. With two parcels situated just south of the river, the ranch is located above the riverbottom from an elevation standpoint and features row crops, hayfields, and cedars.
The ranch is home to all kinds of wildlife and terrain. It's a beautiful place to visit and spend time hunting.
The Sand Creek, while not included in our acreage, flows between these two parcels towards the river. Deer will use the creekbottom as a source of cover and move up top to feed in our fields. This property is best suited for rifle or muzzleloader hunters, or bowhunters who are looking for a more challenging hunt.
This is a solid rifle destination for whitetail hunters. Hunters can choose to camp out of an overland/truck camper if you have one or set up a tent for an additional $25/night. There are also several local airbnb and small hotel options in the area.
