We are looking for a group of respectful sportsmen to lease our 160 acres here for a flat $10,000 ($5,000 per 80 acres) for the full year for whitetail and turkey access.
If you're interested in leasing just one of our 80-acre parcels for $5,000, that can be arranged subject to availability. Send me an inquiry.
As many as six total guests are permitted at a time in your group. Lessee will be responsible for group behavior and following of our ground rules at all times.
1-week prior to season opener, lessee is welcome to come out and scout/prep the property. I am willing to consider putting in food plots upon request from lessee. Water and power for RV access can be available with long-term lease.

- hayfields (clover/fescue mix)
