The property is about 93% open ag fields. The eastern border of the farm has multiple patches of tree cover that can serve as shelterbelt. There's a ditch with some brushy edges (see pictures) that hutners can work. The northeastern boundary of the farm has some less thick tree rows that may be productive as well. Overall, hunters will probably end up working the ag stubble and pivot rows.
Dogs are highly recommended.
