Welcome to Central Texas!
Rio Grande Turkeys abound throughout the property,
About the Ranch:
Our 800 acres of rolling Texas hill country has it all and is tailor-made for a premier whitetail, turkey, and hog hunting experience. The property is bordered by the San Saba River with natural springs that create a beautiful stretch of deep holes and flowing water, providing an exquisite fishery for native Guadalupe Bass, largemouth bass, catfish, grouper, carp, sunfish, and gar.
The property has been under whitetail management for 30 years in partnership with Texas Parks and Wildlife to ensure the deer have the ideal habitat and selective harvesting to promote antler growth. Turkey abound throughout the property, and the hog population is closely controlled to allow for hunting opportunities, while ensuring no interruption to the primary focus of whitetail hunting.
8 box blinds provide gun hunting opportunities alongside 8 carefully crafted bow blinds, which have been the primary use for the past 10 years.
The property is free range but part of a co-operative with neighboring landowners encompassing over 30k acres of consistently managed land. Protein is fed throughout the offseason and corn feeders are used throughout the hunting season.
The primary lodge provides 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen, and bunk room with 1 additional queen. Additional barndominium includes 8 additional single beds and full bath. Equipped with Starlink for internet and TVs throughout.
The property is managed year round by ranch hand who lives on property to ensure roads, trails, and hunting areas are fully operational and kept up.
