15 Acres of Private Hunting Land Near Sulphur Springs / Pine Bluff, AR

A quiet, semi-wooded 15-acre property offering primitive access for hunting deer, small game, and more. Located near Sulphur Springs, Arkansas, this land features a mix of mature trees and one large open clearing where deer are often active around dawn.

The property includes two basic shell cabins with doors and tarp-covered windows — great for shelter or gear storage. One cabin has an futon inside, and we plan to add simple furnishings and lighting over time. There’s also a covered area where hunters can process game if they bring their own tools.

We allow overnight stays in tents, RVs, vehicles, or the cabin. There’s no electricity or water, but we do allow fire pits and offer a charcoal grill for use. The land is accessible by truck or ATV, and there’s room for RV parking. Cell service is available on site.

The property is secluded with only one neighbor within a mile. Please note that the neighbor has dogs which may bark at times, but the main hunting area and clearing are a good distance from them.

We’re working to improve the land and will be adding salt blocks and other deer attractants soon.

Allowed: Rifle and archery hunting, trapping, overnight stays, on-site game processing (bring your own tools).

Not provided: Water, power, bathroom, or lodging with insulation.

This is a low-frills, quiet hunting spot — ideal for solo hunters or small groups who want privacy and a true outdoors experience.

We’re a family of former nomads turned future homesteaders, settling into 20 acres (15 acres available for use) of wild-ish land with big dreams and muddy boots. While we’re not seasoned hunters ourselves (yet), we deeply respect the skills, ethics, and traditions that come with it — and we’re glad to open our land to those who treat the land with care.

Our passions lean toward gardening, homeschooling, and learning to live more in sync with the seasons. After years on the move, we’re creating a pit stop for other travelers — hunters, hikers, dirt-road philosophers — anyone who finds peace in trees, open sky, and a good campfire.

This isn’t a polished retreat. It’s a work in progress — but it’s real, quiet, and rooted in the kind of connection we’re all probably looking for.
