Two fields with a total of approximately 17 ac on property are planted using rotating crop practices. Several stands provide abundant acorn crops year after year.
Creeks and Springs
Sherman Creek wanders throughout the property and the Paint River and its associated wetlands run though the property to the North.
Woods
The wetlands adjacent to Sherman Creek and the Paint River offer thick marsh grasses and tag alder stands for the deer and turkey to have ample bedding and roosting locations.
