Deer frequent the timber edges and transition zones between pasture and cover, moving through corridors towards the hay fields and ponds. The terrain offers several options to set up a blind or stand to catch deer as they move through the farm, especially during morning and evening.

Hay fields and native forage feed both livestock and local wildlife populations, while timbered ridges offer decent shelter and travel corridors for whitetail and turkey. Multiple ponds and stock tanks spread across the property ensure water is never far, supporting steady wildlife movement and offering additional recreation options for visitors.

Guests are welcome to bring their own camper or RV, with designated camping space conveniently located near the sow unit, which provides access to showers and laundry facilities if needed. Water and electric hookups are available, and the property’s family-friendly atmosphere makes it a great retreat for hunters and non-hunters alike. 

About our area:

We are 5 minutes from Stover, a small town with many amenities. Grocery store, Dollar General, and 4 restaurants - Mexican, American, Barbeque and an old-fashioned ice cream shop. There are 2 gas stations - Caseys and Phillips 66. We have a Walmart in Versailles 12 miles away.
