Our Rising property consists of just over 1,300 acres along the North Fork Payette River. This tract provides decent access to some public land on the East side of the river.
Our Smiths Ferry properties are situated along the North Fork Payette River and the Payette River Scenic Byway, giving you a front-row seat to some of the most stunning views in the great outdoors. These properties are teeming with a healthy population of all sorts of wildlife, making it a prime spot for hunting and birdwatching. And with access to thousands of acres of State and National Forest lands, you'll have endless opportunities to explore and discover new and exciting adventures.
Our goal is to be an excellent steward of the land and its natural resources. We will promote and secure a healthy and productive ecosystem through our sustainable management practices to increase the quality of the wildlife populations on our property. Please help us achieve this goal.
We have set up all of our package prices to include Idaho Sales Tax.
