House Description

This four-bedroom 2 1/2-bath home is well equipped with all the amenities of your own personal house. We leave all the necessities of home here since we stay at this home frequently also. Guests are welcome to use our spices and condiments as long as they check expiration dates and understand that there could be out-of-date food products in the house. We do our best to keep everything up-to-date. There are two living rooms with two separate large TVs. The upstairs living room has dish Network and the downstairs television has Netflix and Amazon Prime. We also have a washer and dryer for guests to use.

Campfires: Not allowed

Drive-in Access: Yes: Only as far as the lodge yard.

Walk-in Access: Yes • Great access to BLM and National Forest Lands. Our property has a great road system and the BLM/national Forest behind our house is gentle rolling land that goes on for miles and miles.

Vehicles: 3 Allowed

Landowner Rules: We have a very high success rate for elk hunters if you don’t hunt with a bad wind blowing out of the south east. Luckily our predominant wind is northwest during elk season. Folks that charge in to the woods with a bad wind usually ruin their hunt for a couple of days. If the day starts out with a bad wind, we recommend you go play golf at one of the really awesome golf courses in LEWISTOWN or go catch rainbow trout in Spring Creek. It is a beautiful drive from our house to LEWISTOWN with lots of sightseeing on the way. Hunt later in the day when the wind shifts.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the landowner accepting your booking request.

Parking: Yes • ATVs can be used for game retrieval or riding during the summer when it is not hunting season. Under no circumstances, can any ATVs or electric bikes, leave the yard. The elk and deer are frequently around the house and farm yard so we do not want them disturbed so your hunt Has a higher likelihood of being successful.

Nearby Airport: Yes • Billings Logan International Airport (77 miles). During the fall when there’s no snow on the ground, it usually takes us about an hour and 15 minutes to get to the airport or Costco in Billings. It is about a 40 minute ride down the dirt road north of our house to LEWISTOWN where there are fabulous Churches, restaurants, bars, and golf courses.
