South 40 is a 109-acre cattle operation in South Central Iowa. The diverse landscape includes timber, row crops, a pond, pasture ground, and a creek.

Although plenty of nice bucks have been taken from the property in the past, our farm has not been hunting in over a decade. This provides an awesome opportunity for hunters to get on land that has not been pressured in some time. Whitetails have plenty of areas to bed and benefit from the food and water sources that the land provides. 

No lodging or camping is available. Knoxville has lodging, dining, groceries, and gas 14.2 miles East.
