We have a 6-acre private lake fully stocked with bass and sunfish. Folks are welcome to come out for just the fishing, especially with our close proximity to the city!

Down by the six-acre lake, we've built out a landscaped area with a large stone firepit, seating for 10, shaded tables, and a dock that puts you straight on the water.

Our acreage is located just south of I-55 near Festus, Missouri. The property is HEAVILY wooded throughout the property, with an on-site cabin, which has been recently renovated to provide all kinds of amenities. 

The habitat consists of Black Walnuts, Cedars, and Pines, with two large glades and several high ridges dropping into wooded valleys. The north end of the property cups into a bowl-shaped valley where multiple streams converge, creating consistent water and a reliable funnel for deer movement. 

The cabin is completely renovated inside, with a full kitchen, full bath, a large bedroom with two queen beds, and a generous living and dining area. Cookware, coffee maker, towels, linens, and a stocked fridge are all waiting when you arrive. 

A two-mile gravel road circles the property perimeter, connecting two gated entrances and giving guests clean access to different parts of the property. The cabin sits near the front of the property close to the road, which keeps any non-hunting activity well separated from the timber and the back valleys. 

Downtown Festus is a few minutes away with good restaurants, and anything quick you need is right across the road.
