I'm looking for up to 2 deer hunters to join my lease in Del Rio, Tx. I have 2 other close friends on this lease that have been hunting here for over a decade. They're good hard working people that come to this ranch to get away from the hustle and bustle. This ranch is our sanctuary.
The property is 400 acres on the majestic Rio Grande river. It's literally on the boarder.
Price includes:
- Full access to a 3000 sq ft 4 bedroom house with a full kitchen, internet, tv, fireplace, Keurig, filtered water, 2 refrigerators, bar and 10 person dining table
- 5 blinds & feeders (one of those is bow blind)
- Includes deer corn for the season
- Access to game cameras for the season
- Outdoor fire pits
- Outdoor smoker
- High rack
- Covered pavilion

- White tailed deer
- Javalina
- Dove
- Duck
- Turkey
