Excellent experience with property, hunt, and hosts! The landowners, Jeff and Marie, were very nice and accommodating. They took time to show us the facilities (very well kept and cozy guest house) and Jeff took us around the property to familiarize us with the best hunting spots and boundaries. He even helped load up the deer in his truck and allowed us to process it in his shop. In terms of the game population, we were hunting whitetail deer and saw bucks every day, including several really nice ones of which we got one of them. We also passed on several small to mid-sized bucks so there is lots of opportunity. This property lends itself nicely to family hunts with a spouse or kids that may prefer comfortable accommodations at night and don't want a physically difficult hunt (the property is mostly flat with several spots that work well to setup and wait). Overall, a beautiful and enjoyable place to hunt and relax!

They respected our home and property, and left the guest house in very good shape. We hope he had a good experience hunting on our land.
