These sessions are geared toward:

1) experienced riders who would like support starting a colt;

2) a chance to start over with a horse that was improperly started and/or needs more structure heading in the right direction; or

 3) inexperienced riders who are interested in learning groundwork and horsemanship.

What to Expect:

Depending on your horsemanship, riding and comfort level and your horse’s, we can coach you to move around your horse, long line, lunge, and even pony.

This is a truly customized experience designed to optimize safety and success for the horse and owner. We will pay particular attention to assessing the horse’s temperament (reading the signs) and your abilities. Progression for the session is completely dependent upon the duo. Written goals with a training plan are highly encouraged and supported from experience.
