With no hookups and no distractions, this package is for those who like their coffee cowboy-style and their mornings filled with birdsong. Spend your days hiking, sketching, or reading creekside while the woods keep you company, while also taking advantage of nearby public recreation opportunities!
The habitat is mostly thick woodland, with about 18 acres of scattered clearings and over a mile of live water access to the Bear Creek.
The property is leased out for hunting until July '26, so Fall '25 and Spring '26 will be unavailable for deer and turkey hunting. Please check back with us next summer to get trips booked with us Fall '26 and Spring '27.
Until then, our property is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts!
