Deer use the ridges and thick timber along the creek bottoms for bedding, often transitioning at first and last light to feed in our open hillsides and pastures. The whitetails have abundant natural forage in addition our hayfields.
About 75 acres of our total 1,050 acres is located within Taylor County. The remainder of the ground is located in Barbour County.

About the Farm:
Our farm is located in the heart of Appalachia on 1,000+ acres in Northern West Virginia. We raise grass-fed cattle and sheep and pastured hogs, from birth to finish. Our farm is home to a thriving white tail and turkey population.
Fishing access to our stocked pond (largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, and bluegill) is complimentary with all hunts, so make sure to bring your rod!
Located in the rolling ridges of Barbour County just a few miles from Tygart State Park, our 1,050-acre working farm offers a true Appalachian hunting and outdoor experience. Set in the hills, the property is a blend of productive pasture ground and wild timber.
Available Lodging:
Our on-site cabin comfortably sleeps 3–4 adults or a family of five. It features a bedroom, loft, full bath with shower, and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for extended stays or weekend escapes. When you’re not hunting, guests can cast a line in our 1-acre pond stocked with bass and bluegill, or hit the trails for hiking, mountain biking, and photography. The farm is also very close to good public fishing opportunities in Tygart Lake and a number of fly fishing rivers and creeks.
