Hunt coyotes here in Ozark County!

Our 50+ acres are densely timbered; however, we have a small system of trails, food plots, game cams, and six tree stands all set up on the property to make the most of the thick cover.

Hunters are able to take advantage of that additional access to over 1,100 acres of Mark Twain National Forest lands, which our acreage borders.

We have an off-grid cabin available for hunters looking to stay on the property. You can add that on to your multi-day package for $100/night.

Food: Food Plots, Meadows, and Natural Forage
Our property currently features a small, well-maintained food plot that serves as a valuable resource for local wildlife, enhancing the biodiversity and supporting a thriving ecosystem. It's a welcoming haven for deer and other creatures, providing essential nutrients and forage to sustain them throughout the seasons. In an exciting development planned for 2025, we aim to expand our food production efforts by establishing additional food plots adjacent to each of our stands. This strategic approach will not only enhance our hunting experience but will also create a more inviting habitat for wildlife, reinforcing our commitment to conservation and responsible land management. While we work towards these enhancements, it’s important to note that the area already boasts abundant natural resources for food. Lush vegetation, mast-producing trees, and diverse native plants provide ample nourishment for wildlife, ensuring that they thrive even in the absence of multiple cultivated food sources. Our vision of a well-connected network of food plots, combined with the area's rich natural offerings, promises to create an even more vibrant and ecologically balanced environment for years to come....

Water: Springs
Nestled within the serene landscape of our property, we are fortunate to have two notable springs and a picturesque pond that serve as vital water sources for the surrounding ecosystem. The first spring is a reliable, year-round water source, bubbling forth with fresh, crystalline water that sustains the local flora and fauna throughout the changing seasons. This spring, along with a second seasonal spring, enriches the environment and supports a dynamic habitat. Excitingly, we are planning the addition of another pond in 2025, which will further enhance the biodiversity and water availability on our property. This new pond will complement our existing water features, creating an even richer habitat for both local wildlife and future visitors. For those seeking adventure, a short walk through the expansive Mark Twain National Forest reveals an abundance of springs and creeks, enhancing the overall beauty of our region. These natural waterways flow gently through the forest, providing a harmonious backdrop to the diverse wildlife and plant life that call this area home. Together, our springs, ponds, and the nearby forest create a vibrant and dynamic water-rich environment that is as vital to the ecosystem as it is enchanting to behold....

The hills of the Ozarks in Missouri offer a stunning and diverse landscape that serves as a natural sanctuary for a wide variety of wildlife. The region is characterized by its steep, rolling hills, lush forests, and meandering streams, creating an intricate tapestry of habitats that provide essential shelter and protection for animals. The dense woodlands, comprised of oak, hickory, pine, and other native trees, form a robust canopy that offers both cover and nesting sites for birds, mammals, and insects alike. The underbrush, rich with shrubs, ferns, and wildflowers, provides crucial hiding places for smaller creatures as well as food sources for herbivores. These multifaceted layers of vegetation help to sustain a thriving ecosystem, ensuring that wildlife has access to shelter, food, and water. Rocky outcrops, caves, and crevices scattered throughout the hills create additional shelter options for various species. These natural formations provide safe havens for animals such as deer, raccoons, and foxes, helping to protect them from predators and harsh weather conditions. The abundant streams and rivers that flow through the Ozarks also enhance the habitat by providing water sources and promoting biodiversity. Riparian zones along these waterways support a unique array of plant and animal life, offering yet another essential layer of shelter in this vibrant ecosystem. Overall, the hills of the Ozarks present a complex and thriving natural environment, where a multitude of wildlife species can find safety, sustenance, and shelter amidst the stunning beauty of Missouri's landscape. ...
